Well, 2020 has been quite a peculiar year for us all. It is our hope that all of our adventurers are keeping safe. We are happy to provide our investigators with a little distraction during these unusual times.
We’ve noticed a few delays over the last few months concerning the Postal Service. For us, it has been a rare occurrence. Nearly all of our adventurers receive their mysteries as expected.
The typical postal transit time is 3-5 postal days. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 and other recent postal changes, some delivery delays may occur, especially as we enter the holiday shipping season. If ordering a one-time, on-demand Murder Mystery Box, we recommend ordering early to ensure you receive your boxes as expected.
As a reminder, if you are gifting a one-time annual subscription to Murder Mystery Box, your recipient shall receive their first box mid-January. A few weeks after Christmas, just when they think all their gifts have been opened…Boom! First box is in their mailbox. We have a PDF on our website that you may print out to give/send/email to your box recipient to let them know their gift is on the way.
