Mystery Solved: Odd Laws Ohio

​In Ohio, coal mines are required by law to have an adequate amount of toilet paper. While we're not sure what led to the making of this law, it makes sense. Surely there is a story behind each law and we're pretty sure this one has a rather dirty story behind it.
